Programme Manager

As a member of Catalysts for Social Action (CSA), your role involves implementing and monitoring programs in Health, Nutrition, Education, Life Skills, Career Prep, and Aftercare for vulnerable children and care leavers across India. You will be responsible for ensuring that care leavers receive proper exit preparation and development opportunities. Additionally, conducting field visits, managing data, overseeing budgeting & vendor relations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and monitor programs in Health, Nutrition, Education, Life Skills, Career Prep, and Aftercare. - Ensure care leavers receive proper exit preparation and development opportunities. - Conduct field visits, manage data, and oversee budgeting & vendor relations. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's in Social Welfare, Development Studies, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in child rights/child protection. - Strong training, data management, and communication skills.
