Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and provide strategic support to programme managers to ensure timely delivery of contracted SLAs and project deliverables.
• Actively participate in steering committee meetings to uphold programme governance standards and objectives.
• Conduct monthly programme-level performance reviews and offer guidance to achieve defined targets and outcomes.

People Management:

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing manager effectiveness to foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and minimise attrition.
• Identify, plan, and ensure fulfilment of employee training requirements, as well as implement reward and recognition programmes.

Finance Management:

• Monitor and drive key financial objectives, including gross margin, productivity, year-on-year (YOY) growth, and collections.
• Review sales performance within existing accounts to maximise wallet share and revenue growth.

Quality Development:

• Oversee and ensure adherence to service assurance, service excellence, and service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and champion continuous improvement efforts.
