Role Overview: As an Analyst/Associate in the HR COO function at DBS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing HR operations. Your focus will be on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement across various aspects of HR, including Employee Experience, Employee Communications, HR Branding & External Communications, DEI, and HR analytics. You will work closely with the Country Head, HR COO, and other members of the HR leadership team to contribute to the high-performance organization by empowering and engaging employees. Key Responsibilities: - Develop campaigns for internal and external candidates to enhance DBS employee value proposition - Ideate, develop, and produce content for digital and social media platforms - Manage Key Award Categories - Collaborate with other teams to develop integrated communications briefs and execute campaigns related to building the DBS employer brand, employee engagement, or recruitment marketing - Monitor HR Analytical tools to enhance usage and maximize outcomes - Support HR COO in driving central projects and employee journeys - Drive initiatives under DEI Agenda - Align HR analytics practices and manage reporting dashboard - Provide support in managing the HR scorecard and functional reviews - Create advanced reports and dashboards for faster decision-making - Engage in content writing with strong storytelling and articulation skills - Build proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Ensure execution of organizational deliverables in collaboration with HR Stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Graduate/MBA Qualification in HR with some years of relevant experience,
