Role Overview: As a Programmatic Sales - Business Development professional, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for programmatic advertising in Delhi CP region. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, lead a team of sales professionals, conduct market analysis, manage the sales process, monitor performance, and provide consultation to clients on programmatic advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for programmatic advertising in the region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as agency trading desks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges. - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring high performance. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. - Establish KPIs for the team, monitor performance against targets, and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives. - Serve as the primary consultant for clients on programmatic advertising solutions, providing insights into campaign performance and optimization strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital sales with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. - In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), and data management platforms (DMPs). - Strong leadership capabilities with experience in motivating teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to analyze performance data to make informed decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and revenue growth. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
