Job Title

Program& Project Management Specialist

Must Have :

Procurement process, Project Management, Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management, Analytical Expertise, MS Excel & PowerPoint

Good to have

:Procurement Strategy, Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Global Stakeholder Exposure, Procurement tools & systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, BI), Risk Management, Sustainable Procurement (ESG)

Experience: 5-7 years

Key accountabilities:

  • Assist in updating Category Governance frameworks, templates, and guidance materials for the Category community.
  • Support the adoption of Category Governance standards and best practices across global procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with Category, SRM and allied functions as required on Category Governance initiatives and programs.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of category and supplier management KPIs and compliance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in periodic reviews of category and supplier management activities to stay apprised of relevant category activities, including successes, escalations, challenges, etc.
  • Help organize stakeholder feedback sessions and consolidate inputs for action planning.
  • Contribute to governance improvement initiatives by collecting insights, documenting opportunities, and proposing enhancements to tools or processes.
  • Support Office of the CEO briefing process via the compilation of 360 supplier summaries using the relevant tools and data sources.
