Job Description

Mandatory skills Bachelors degree in business/ finance/ management/ engineering/ IT / a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry who can manage Implementation & managing of Technological projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities, and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial project analysis is an advantage. Experience in managing and implementation of various systems in the banking Domain. This Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and constraints. Strong understanding of banking processes, compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Experience with banking project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Proficiency in project management and MS Office suite such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc.. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
