Program Manager with Product Management exp Chennai /Bangalore /Hyderabad 5 days work from office We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in business analysis and project management, ideally within the B2B commerce domain. The successful candidate will lead digital initiatives focused on optimizing Order-to-Cash processes for our retail client, playing a dual role in facilitating agile practices and translating business needs into actionable project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop a strong understanding of business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and priorities to effectively guide teams toward meeting project goals • Conduct business analysis activities such as stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering, documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), and gap analysis • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables • Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and support the agile team in removing blockers • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project updates, dashboards, and weekly status reports for stakeholders • Identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery • Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve concerns proactively • Promote a culture of agility and continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices and lessons learned • Recommend and implement tools or technologies to improve delivery speed, efficiency, and quality Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management and Business Analysis, preferably in digital transformation or B2B commerce projects • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with strong proficiency in Scrum practices • Experience conducting business analysis, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management • Proficient with project management and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset • Ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams across global time zones • Proven track record of client-facing roles, stakeholder engagement, and managing project deliverables Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes • Understanding of current trends and emerging technologies in the digital commerce space • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
