Roles & Responsibilities – Program Manager (PM)

• Serve as the

  strategic bridge

  between NIAT leadership and University management, driving seamless coordination and alignment.

• Own the end-to-end execution

  of university engagement programs — from planning and onboarding to readiness reviews and student experience delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and empower Associate Program Managers (APMs)

  and on-ground teams to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
• Drive

  milestone-based execution (N+Day plan)

  with precision using Lovable Tracker dashboards and performance metrics.
• Conduct

  readiness audits, review meetings, and quality evaluations

  to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure

  flawless student onboarding and engagement

  , creating a structured and supportive environment for all stakeholders.

• Monitor and govern vendor operations

  , ensuring infrastructure, logistics, and service standards meet NIAT benchmarks.

• Identify risks and escalate strategically

  , ensuring proactive resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Deliver

  data-driven insights, reports, and dashboards

  for leadership visibility and decision-making.
• Foster a culture of

  collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement

  across all program touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Any degree is preferred.

• Experience:

  2–6 years in operations, education management, or project coordination.

• Skills:

  Leadership, stakeholder management, data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, communication, multitasking.

• Competencies:

  Ownership, strategic execution, empathy, adaptability, and accountability.

Performance Indicators

• 100% milestone completion (N+Day plan adherence).
• High stakeholder satisfaction (University & NIAT teams).
• APM team performance & reporting quality.
• 90% quality compliance in audits and reviews.

Travel Requirement

Frequent travel to universities for coordination, review meetings, and quality checks.

Language Proficiency:

• English (Mandatory)
• Telugu (Mandatory)
• Hindi (Mandatory)

Location:

• Hyderabad & other locations where NIAT partnered Universities are present.

Work Timings:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
