Job Description

  • Project Management & Coordination
  • Support in planning, preparing project charter, Gantt charts etc.
  • Assist in day-to-day coordination of project tasks across teams
  • Monitor project schedules and follow up with team members on pending action items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Observe and propose improvement to internal processes, including suitable templates or workflows.
  • Support in defining KPI s & report project progress to stakeholders
  • Draft clear and concise updates for internal stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Observe any potential risks and propose mitigations in collaboration with project leads
Your profile
  • A Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Visual tool sets for content creation and editing.
  • A strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and intercultural awareness.
  • Fluent in English
