Business Development professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities

    that align with the companys vision and customer requirements.
  • Conduct

    comprehensive market research

    to analyse trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and execute

    strategic product introduction and promotion plans

    to expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Establish and nurture

    relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers

    for sourcing innovative and competitive products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including

    Sales, Engineering, and Operations

    to ensure seamless product integration and market rollout.
  • Prepare and deliver

    technical and commercial presentations

    , proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and

    convert opportunities into successful business deals.

  • Monitor product performance, gather market feedback, and recommend improvements or strategic actions.
  • Represent the company at

    industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings

    to promote products and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of

    industrial, filtration, or power generation products

    and market dynamics.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

    skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and promote new product lines.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM tools, and business research platforms.

  • Strong analytical thinking with a commercial and strategic mindset.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in

    Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics)

    or

    Business Administration / Marketing.

  • MBA or equivalent qualification

    will be an added advantage.
