Job Title: Program Manager – Chief of Staff Location: Gurgaon CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA Experience: 2–7 years Education: MBA from Tier 1 college Industry: Retail / Consumer / Lifestyle Role Overview: We are seeking a high-potential Program Manager – Chief of Staff to work directly with CXOs and business leaders on key strategic and operational priorities. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, strong in execution, and able to seamlessly manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy, performance tracking, and special projects. Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. Create and maintain dashboards, business reviews, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making. Drive operating rhythms, key meetings, follow-ups, and communication across teams. Act as a thought partner to leadership on business priorities, resource planning, and goal tracking (AOP, OKRs).
