Program Manager

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications deployed on modern hybrid cloud platforms. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving cloud migration, new development, and modernization efforts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align on project goals and oversee container orchestration and microservices deployment using Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end program delivery for enterprise applications using Java/J2EE stack and Microservice Architecture. - Manage multiple project streams from development to deployment and support phases. - Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders for alignment and timely delivery. - Drive cloud migration, new development, and modernization efforts on platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud. - Oversee container orchestration and microservices deployment utilizing Kubernetes. - Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and program health metrics. - Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 12 to 18 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in program/project management. - Strong background in Java/J2EE enterprise application development and Microservice Architecture. - Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud. - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is a plus.
