About the Role: This role is inherently cross-functional and highly visible with senior leadership. The leader will be passionate about customer experience, innovation, and cross-team partnerships to deliver business impact. They will prepare strategic recommendations, roadmaps and program updates to senior management. In this role you will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations with a singular focus on the long-term strategy of the SPIV organization. The successful candidate will: Have good program management experience influencing and earning the trust of senior stakeholders and enabling business teams to deliver results . Have good written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused, detail driven, and professional demeanor. Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for servicing Finance. Collaborate with stakeholders to device the right mechanisms that enables timely execution of programs. Be independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction maintaining a good sense of urgency and commitment. Be a problem solver, able to multi-task, learn, and think about what to do next even in high pressure scenarios. Have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment with a desire to build structure where there is none. Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have selling partner quality as the top focus. Be a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Amazon s customer-centric culture, championing Finance s needs and using data and technology to anticipate and exceed them 3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Bachelors degree 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
