Program Manager - RPA

As an experienced RPA Developer with Automation Anywhere certification, your role will involve studying existing processes, conducting accurate Process Mapping, and developing dashboards. You will analyze processes, research solutions to business problems, identify Critical Tasks, and prioritize projects. Additionally, you will validate delivered projects, facilitate UAT & User Training, and document various aspects of projects including requirements, technical details, delivery, test cases, and knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities: - Study existing processes and conduct accurate Process Mapping - Develop dashboards - Analyze processes and research solutions to business problems - Identify Critical Tasks and prioritize projects - Validate delivered projects and facilitate UAT & User Training - Document various aspects of projects including requirements, technical details, delivery, test cases, and knowledge transfer Qualifications Required: - RPA Dev experience with Automation Anywhere certification - Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities - Interpersonal and consultative skills - Excellent communication skills (verbal and email) - Technological inclination and awareness of the newest technology trends such as Low code platforms like Power BI, Power App, RPA, OCR, Data Lake, and Data structuring - Certification and relevant experience in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik - Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Jira, Visio, Confluence, and Miro Board - Team handling skills and experience collaborating with Senior Management Additional Company Details: You will devise and manage program support processes, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Microsoft for issue resolution, and manage a team of multiple developers/solution architects for deploying use cases across different verticals in MSIL. You will also be responsible for managing the architecture and security of the Power BI Program, monitoring and tracking the usage and performance of published dashboards and Power BI Node, and staying updated with new Power BI features launched by Microsoft to implement them based on use case requirements.,
