About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT/software development projects in Raipur. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, proven experience in managing government stakeholders, and a successful track record of handling complex projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
• Manage government clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and strong working relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide direction, guidance, and motivation throughout the project.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E / B.Tech) or MCA, with MBA (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 8 years in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage at least two end-to-end projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven experience working with government departments or public sector clients.
• Advantageous: Prior exposure to software development projects or urban/town planning projects.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
