Introduction

Paysafe is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager who can hit the ground running that is highly motivated, flexible and experienced in business change and Product development projects. The role requires a person who is detail orientated and is comfortable working within a complex stakeholder environment, engaging with different areas of the business ranging from product, technology, risk, compliance, operations, finance, sales teams, etc.
The Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager will need to have a strong product and commercial mindset and understand the goals and objectives of the projects assigned and ensure alignment with the charters, track the finances and KPIs/OKRs associated.
The successful candidate will ensure that the initiatives are delivered on time and cost, to the right level quality, commercialised and customer ready.
This role will provide exposure in working in a truly global organisation by effectively working with delivery teams and stakeholders across the world. Providing the opportunity to be part of high performing delivery team.
This role would suit someone highly adept at CxO level stakeholder engagement, experience with matrix influencing whilst having the flexibility to drop into the detail as required.

Responsibilities

Ownership of the end-to-end plan, including the identification of critical dependencies and risks likely to impact cost, time, and quality, including tracking budgets and change requests as necessary
Tracking and reporting project progress to stakeholders (up to CxO) with a focus on budget, scope, resources, dependencies, 3rd parties and schedule. Timely escalations as necessary
Liaising between Product Management, Development Management, Internal and External Stakeholders
Working closely with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and key stakeholders to define project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities
Track and communicate business value/business readiness and map that against development/product milestones
Ensure business stakeholders drive the priority and if an alternate delivery sequence is suggested, ensure all stakeholders sign off
Work across tech stack and manager current and future state and all related business readiness activities.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a programme / senior project manager or similar, with a demonstrable track record in managing the delivery of large complex projects, in a highly regulated environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, decision making, problem-solving, project & program planning, people and team building skills
Familiar working in a Matrix organization working with scrum teams, executive management, IT, without direct control of resources and with global geographical spread
Bachelors or Masters degree
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE 2, or other Project Management qualification, ITIL would be considered an advantage
