Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

P&L & Program Management

• Own and manage the P&L of the organization. Also Plan, design, and execute various business programs ensuring strong outcomes.
• Conduct weekly team performance reviews and provide actionable feedback and enable continuous skill development and performance improvement for team members.

Partner Enablement & Business Growth

• Enable Tally partners through structured interventions and strategic guidance.
• Understand partner business models and help them plan for sustained growth.
• Drive business advisory initiatives for partners. Also monitor and guide partners on performance matrices and KPIs.

Consulting & Leadership

• Act as a business consultant to partners across regions and drive business planning, activity planning executing discipline.
• Conduct timely reviews and implement course corrections where required.
• Lead and manage large-scale partner events, workshops, and one-to-many programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in strategic program management with channel/partner/B2B experience and understanding of the ecosystem.
• Proven P&L ownership and results-driven execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and consulting skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and design growth strategies.
• Experience in conducting workshops, events, or training programs will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
