Position Overview: Program Manager – K-12

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our K-12 team as a Program Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with school students, organizing large-scale events, conducting MUNs, TEDx talks, or similar initiatives.

You will represent Masters' Union in schools, engage with younger audiences, and execute innovative learning experiences across cities. This is a dynamic, on-the-ground role with opportunities to travel and lead impact-driven education programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute student-centric programs and competitions for school audiences (Grades 8–12)
• Represent Masters' Union at schools, career fairs, and public speaking events across India
• Engage and energize students through workshops, orientation sessions, and interactive activities
• Build strong relationships with school principals, counselors, and educators
• Lead end-to-end logistics for program execution, from outreach to event management
• Create feedback loops and optimize program delivery based on student and partner inputs
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in organizing MUNs, youth conferences, TEDx events, or school outreach programs is highly desirable
• Comfortable speaking and presenting to young audiences and school leadership
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• High energy, self-driven, and excited about working with students
• Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and events
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (Marketing, Communication, or Management preferred)
