Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our Accreditation and Rankings initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global accreditation processes such as AACSB, EQUIS, or AMBA, along with hands-on experience in handling international business school rankings such as Financial Times (FT), QS, The Economist, and others. This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in driving institutional quality, reputation, and global visibility. Role & responsibilities Accreditations: Strategic Accreditation Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end accreditation lifecycle (new and renewal) for AACSB, EQUIS, and/or AMBA, in alignment with institutional goals. Framework Development: Develop institutional systems, data processes, and documentation aligned with accreditation standards and continuous improvement practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure evidence-based alignment with accreditation criteria. Documentation Preparation and Oversight: Prepare the Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), Continuous Improvement Review reports, and all supporting documentation. Policy & Process Integration: Ensure accreditation requirements are embedded into academic policies, governance structures, assurance of learning, and quality assurance frameworks. Rankings: Rankings Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategy and execution for participation in global rankings such as FT, QS, and The Economist. Data Management & Validation: Coordinate accurate data collection, analysis, and timely submission of rankings data in compliance with the specific methodologies of each ranking agency. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with alumni, faculty, students, and external partners to collect relevant inputs and survey responses to strengthen rankings performance. Continuous Benchmarking: Monitor peer school performance and international trends to inform institutional positioning and identify improvement areas. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 years of experience in higher education (preferably a faculty/ PhD), with direct responsibility for international accreditation processes (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) Proven experience managing global B-school rankings (FT, QS, The Economist, etc.) Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills Deep understanding of accreditation and ranking metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards High proficiency in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail, with strong documentation and analytical skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior leadership
