1. Analyze complex datasets using Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA, Macros), data modeling, and ETL processes.
2. Prepare automated and insightful reports in Advanced Excel and dashboards in Power BI.
3. Develop professional presentations with Advanced PowerPoint.
4. Identify, implement, and optimize MIS systems using MS365, MS Forms, and Power Automate.
5. Automate workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and insights.
7. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity; mentor junior analysts.
8. Good working knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
9. Ability to perform under pressure.
