Job Description WSP is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and delivery-oriented candidate who has practical experience with Environment Data Management service. The Environment Data Management Consultant will assist with project teams to set-up pre-sampling database structure to Contaminated lands, Environmental Planning, and Environmental Impact Assessment, and other environmental investigations projects. Responsibilities Data Control and Tabulation Work with project teams to set-up pre-sampling database structure (typically based on EQuIS) to incorporate field and laboratory data Configure EQuIS Enterprise Portals for project site Coordinate with analytical laboratories on the delivery of analytical data EDDs through Laboratory Information Management Systems Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on analytical data to confirm compliance with prescribed thresholds and limits Provide tabular output of laboratory and field data in accordance with project requirements Be responsible for product quality control with adherence to company standards Teamwork and Collaboration Work with and support Contaminated Sites Group on data collection, management and visulization Coordinate with GIS Technicians on the development of laboratory and field data (e.g. exceedance plots using GeoCallout software, plan view and/or cross-sectional figures of distribution using ArcGIS or similar platforms) Coordinate with GIS Technicians on the development of more complex project deliverables Reporting Be responsible for product quality control with adherence to company standards Prepare project documentation, which could include tabulation of field data, interprepreparing large portions of the environmental data sections of letters and report File and manage all project related field notes and assistance with report preparation Qualifications Bachelors or Masters of Engineering the Environmental domain, Degree in Civil Engineer, Environment Science, or other related field, or equivalent experience. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake assessments and remediation of contaminated land, groundwater and surface water resources by applying appropriate analysis and evaluation, drawing on relevant guidance, international and national policies Undertake desk-based studies of site investigation data; prepare remedial action plans and monitoring/management plans; other expert services Prepare technical reports including the analysis and interpretation of investigation and monitoring data Work in conjunction with senior staff in specialty domains like geotechnical and planning etc Assist with preparing expressions of interest, pre-qualifications, project proposals/bids, fee estimates and project work programmes and budgets Maintain knowledge of current technical standards, good practice guidance, legislation, codes of practice and New Zealand standards like the National Environmental Standard for Assessing and Managing Contaminants in Soil to Protect Human Health, Regulations 2011 (NESCS) Ensure assignments are completed on schedule or in a timely manner and within budget Work in sync with multidisciplinary, cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams; Integrate technical inputs from project peers to deliver the project outcome Contribute on an on-going basis toward maintaining a safe working environment both for yourself and for those working with you or in your close vicinity; Ensure that confidentiality is respected and professional work ethics are maintained at all times Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and the scientific community generally (including the publishing and/or presentation of papers) Desired Skills Demonstrated experience of developing interpretive or factual reports suitable for submission to statutory authorities Understanding of international contaminated land guidelines; Familiarity of New Zealand legislation and guidelines like NESCS preferred Experience in scoping and conducting contaminated site investigations preferred Field experience of conducting site walkovers, soil, gas and groundwater sampling including the use of field equipment; Monitoring well installations; Asbestos in soil identification and management preferred Proficient in data management skills; Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Role and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be able to understand requests from environmental subject matter experts. Be a good communicator able to share new functions and features with the users and have a good understanding of environmental data and environmental data terminology. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Prepare and update environmental associated reports sound in understanding environmental data, transforming, and analyzing large and diversified environmental datasets. Ability to translate environmental problems through digital and data solutions. Commitment to data quality at all levels and scales. Experience in developing custom reports and user-requested queries and views on various platforms of the desired skill set. Responsive to client (user) requests. Excellent communication skills Provide technical support to field sampling teams and act as a liaison between the project staff, analytical laboratory, data validator, and GIS analysts. Research state and federal regulations necessary to manage action levels or clean-up criteria. Professional qualification & Experience desired Bachelor's degree in environmental/civil/chemical engineering or science in a related discipline (or similar subject) desirable with a required focus on Environmental Data and 2+ years of experience working in the environmental domain and preferably have relevant experience with environmental data. Skills Required: Ability to understand data management using excellent computer skills to perform transformations in spreadsheets and databases. Expertise and experience with environmental data and database systems (MS SQL Server, MS Access). Expertise with relational databases such as EarthSoft's Environmental Quality Information System (EQuIS) /EIM/ ESdat. Ability to continually analyze data at all stages for problems, logic, and consistency concerning field data collection, analytical reporting, and other expertise on EQUIS sub-tools (Collect, Edge, ArcGIS highly desirable but not essential). Assist projects globally and task delivery with high quality and within deadlines. Managing data (geological, Field data, chemical laboratory data) for technical report writing and interpretation as required by the team. Maintaining and updating various project dashboards using the web-based EQuIS Enterprise system; and preparing report-ready data tables, charts, and figures for internal review and external client reports. Use of visualization tools like Power BI to help management make effective decisions for the environmental domain is desirable but not essential. Programming and/or coding experience (e.g., Python,R) a plus. Data engineering, AI/ML, and Data science understanding is highly desirable but not essential. Can be in either academic or work experience. Intermediate to the expert level understanding of Office 365, Excel, power query & Power automation. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our Accreditation and Rankings initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global accreditation processes such as AACSB, EQUIS, or AMBA, along with hands-on experience in handling international business school rankings such as Financial Times (FT), QS, The Economist, and others. This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in driving institutional quality, reputation, and global visibility. Role & responsibilities Accreditations: Strategic Accreditation Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end accreditation lifecycle (new and renewal) for AACSB, EQUIS, and/or AMBA, in alignment with institutional goals. Framework Development: Develop institutional systems, data processes, and documentation aligned with accreditation standards and continuous improvement practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure evidence-based alignment with accreditation criteria. Documentation Preparation and Oversight: Prepare the Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), Continuous Improvement Review reports, and all supporting documentation. Policy & Process Integration: Ensure accreditation requirements are embedded into academic policies, governance structures, assurance of learning, and quality assurance frameworks. Rankings: Rankings Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategy and execution for participation in global rankings such as FT, QS, and The Economist. Data Management & Validation: Coordinate accurate data collection, analysis, and timely submission of rankings data in compliance with the specific methodologies of each ranking agency. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with alumni, faculty, students, and external partners to collect relevant inputs and survey responses to strengthen rankings performance. Continuous Benchmarking: Monitor peer school performance and international trends to inform institutional positioning and identify improvement areas. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 years of experience in higher education (preferably a faculty/ PhD), with direct responsibility for international accreditation processes (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) Proven experience managing global B-school rankings (FT, QS, The Economist, etc.) Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills Deep understanding of accreditation and ranking metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards High proficiency in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail, with strong documentation and analytical skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior leadership
