The selected candidate will play a key role in steering the Institute through national and international accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and strengthening EDIIs position in national rankings. Position: Accreditation Manager Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate accreditation & ranking processes (AACSB, NBA, NIRF or similar). Crafting SER for AACSB accreditation Develop, collate, and maintain institutional data, reports, and documentation for accreditation and ranking purposes. Work with faculty, leadership, and staff to implement quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Track global developments in accreditation and rankings and align institutional practices accordingly. Ensure timely preparation of reports, self-assessment documents, and submissions to accrediting and ranking agencies. Facilitate visits by accreditation and ranking bodies, and coordinate with external stakeholders. Support Assurance of Learning (AOL) activities and related quality benchmarks. Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA /Equivalent. Essential: Prior experience of contributing to accreditation activities in an AACSB-accredited institute, with familiarity in end-to-end processes. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accreditation, quality assurance, or academic audits. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data management tools. Understanding of Assurance of Learning frameworks and quality enhancement practices in higher education. DIRECTOR BUSINESS SCHOOL The Director will serve as the academic and administrative head of the Business School, responsible for leading the institution in achieving academic excellence, strategic growth, industry alignment, and regulatory compliance. This role involves overseeing the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program driving innovation in pedagogy, research, and corporate engagement. Further the role involves total growth of the institution. Looking for a dynamic person from IIM, ISB background or similar institutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute the vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals of the Business School. Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and excellence in teaching and research. Academic Leadership Promote quality teaching, research, and case study development among faculty. Encourage interdisciplinary and industry-oriented learning approaches. Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance Ensure the PGDM program meets all norms and requirements set by AICTE and other statutory bodies. Lead initiatives for national and international accreditations (e.g., NBA, AACSB, AMBA, NAAC). Faculty and Student Development Promote continuous learning, development, and performance management. Drive student engagement, mentoring, and career readiness. Industry Engagement and Corporate Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, alumni, and recruiters. Administrative and Financial Oversight Manage the school's academic calendar, budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure. Ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative departments. Qualifications and Experience: Academic Qualifications: Ph.D. in Management or related discipline from a highly reputed institution. Experience: Minimum 15 years of academic experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Dean, Associate Dean, Director, or similar). Proven track record of academic leadership, research publications, and institution building. In-depth understanding of PGDM program structures, AICTE norms, and accreditation processes. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our Accreditation and Rankings initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global accreditation processes such as AACSB, EQUIS, or AMBA, along with hands-on experience in handling international business school rankings such as Financial Times (FT), QS, The Economist, and others. This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in driving institutional quality, reputation, and global visibility. Role & responsibilities Accreditations: Strategic Accreditation Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end accreditation lifecycle (new and renewal) for AACSB, EQUIS, and/or AMBA, in alignment with institutional goals. Framework Development: Develop institutional systems, data processes, and documentation aligned with accreditation standards and continuous improvement practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure evidence-based alignment with accreditation criteria. Documentation Preparation and Oversight: Prepare the Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), Continuous Improvement Review reports, and all supporting documentation. Policy & Process Integration: Ensure accreditation requirements are embedded into academic policies, governance structures, assurance of learning, and quality assurance frameworks. Rankings: Rankings Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategy and execution for participation in global rankings such as FT, QS, and The Economist. Data Management & Validation: Coordinate accurate data collection, analysis, and timely submission of rankings data in compliance with the specific methodologies of each ranking agency. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with alumni, faculty, students, and external partners to collect relevant inputs and survey responses to strengthen rankings performance. Continuous Benchmarking: Monitor peer school performance and international trends to inform institutional positioning and identify improvement areas. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 years of experience in higher education (preferably a faculty/ PhD), with direct responsibility for international accreditation processes (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) Proven experience managing global B-school rankings (FT, QS, The Economist, etc.) Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills Deep understanding of accreditation and ranking metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards High proficiency in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail, with strong documentation and analytical skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior leadership
