Program Manager

You will be working as a Program Manager-Presales at iServeU in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. iServeU is known for providing a cloud-native, microservices-enabled platform with over 5000 product configurations and processes around 2500 transactions per second. The company operates in five countries and serves Fintech startups, private banks, and PSU banks. Currently, iServeU empowers over 20 banks and 250+ enterprises in India and abroad. As a Program Manager-Presales, your main role will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, conducting discovery sessions, and aligning proposed solutions with client requirements. You will be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, developing compelling value propositions, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting sales cycles from initial contact to closing and contributing to the continuous improvement of product offerings based on feedback from clients and prospects. To excel in this role, you should have experience in presales, business analysis, or solution engineering, preferably within the financial services sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling skills. You should be familiar with CRM software, presentation tools, and document creation, and be capable of working in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
