We are looking for a seasoned Community Program Manager to lead, nurture, and expand our vibrant learning community. This role involves managing end-to-end program execution while fostering strong engagement across participants, trainers, alumni, and partners. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management expertise and community-building finesse to ensure high-impact experiences within our leadership ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of community-led leadership programs
• Build and strengthen relationships with participants, alumni, trainers, and strategic partners
• Drive community engagement through events, workshops, sessions, and interactive initiatives
• Track program milestones, manage timelines, and ensure exceptional participant experience
• Oversee budgets, resources, and operational requirements for seamless execution
• Facilitate sessions and support trainers to enhance learning outcomes
• Continuously innovate community engagement strategies and optimize program delivery
• Address challenges with proactive, solution-oriented thinking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, community management, or related roles
• Strong project planning and execution capabilities with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Experience organizing events, workshops, or learning sessions is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields
• Familiarity with leadership development, learning communities, or training ecosystems is advantageous
