Job Description

What you ll do:
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and set up a programme structure which brings them together to contribute to the successful delivery of the facility. The programme team will be global with extensive engagement between India and UK Manufacturing.
  • Manage the complex program, evolving specification and its respective workstreams to deliver the manufacturing facility. Managing on time and on budget delivery.
  • Act as the single point of contact for wide communications, manage regular internal reviews to maintain progress and escalate issues or blockers to progress that will arise throughout the program.
  • Hold the agent and developer to account for delivering the facility to the aggressive timescales for establishing the site and its operations.
  • Manage and direct performance ensuring timely action is taken by the team when SLA s are not met or service is not meeting the programme requirements.
You ll have the following skills and experience:
  • 10 years+ of experience in program or project management. Can work in a dynamic and fast paced business environment and had a collaborative and challenging mindset.
  • A leader who can motivate and bring structure to the help drive the program to a successful conclusion.
  • The ability to work with stakeholders not only in India but with those across Aggreko s global footprint, being self-aware appreciative of other cultures and languages.
  • An authentic and inclusive communicator who can navigate through a fast-moving business and keep the function performing against the defined KPIs.
