1. Knowledge of Machine techno-commercial finalization, Ordering, Installation and commissioning.
2. Knowledge of machineries related to Punching, Bending, Power Press, Welding & Foaming system.
3. Knowledge of Hard tools, punching tools, Bending tools, SPM machines.
4. Knowledge of Conveyor system, Automation.
5. Machine capacity working/Utilization calculation.
6. Knowledge of development of Foaming plug, Fixture, Assembly fixtures, Welding fixtures.
7. Develop more effective production method by design of layout and material flow to improve productivity & Quality
8. Based on annual business plan work on capacity planning to find solution & it's implementation if any constraint
9. Responsible for time study, manpower mapping, preparation of operation sequence sheet
10. Evaluate existing production processes and propose modifications, improvements in order to achieve productivity, quality improvement
11. Attend and participate in various meetings with internal and external customers and eliminate problems
12. Responsible to conduct trial of new model
13. Proficiency in MS office like word, excel, power point
14. Hands on experience in AutoCAD, SAP, ISO 9001:2015
