Capgemini is looking for a skilled and experienced Program Manager III to join our team for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

The Program Manager III will oversee large and complex projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role will involve managing diverse teams, engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels, and streamlining processes to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee full-life cycle project management for multiple high-profile initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Define program objectives, manage interdependencies, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing solutions that meet the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers, enhancing overall team capabilities.

Requirements

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Required: 9 years and above .

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Skills:

Power BI - Intermediate
Office Suite - Advanced Presentation (Power point) SQL - Entry Level

Delivery coordination
Financial Management Status reporting Escalation management
