Program Manager

About the Role:
As a Program Manager at 1to10, you will oversee the execution of the accelerator, ensuring smooth founder onboarding, strong investor partnerships, efficient program delivery, and effective tracking of founder success. Additionally, you will lead a team managing various aspects of the program.Location: On-site (South Delhi)Experience: 3-5 yearsResponsibilities: Startup Selection & Onboarding
● Lead the evaluation and selection process for early-revenue startups to join the 1to10 accelerator including due diligence, documentation, and facilitate equity acquisition agreements.● Lead the process to onboard high-potential founders into the program. Program Curation & Delivery● Design and execute the structured program, including mentorship, investment readiness sessions, and Demo Day.● Drive communications, content, and marketing for the program and startup outreach.● Manage Kal Ke Krorepati participation, ensuring our startups are investor-ready for the show. Founder Success & Progress Tracking● Serve as the primary point of contact for founders, tracking milestones and ensuring their success.● Provide ongoing support, resolve queries, and manage conflict resolution within the cohort. Investment & Partner Relations● Onboard investment partners to support portfolio startups● Strengthen relationships with corporate sponsors, government bodies, and other program partners.Team Management
● Lead and manage the 1to10 team, ensuring smooth execution of program operations.● Set clear goals, mentor team members, and drive accountability for key deliverables. Qualifications & Skills
● 3-5 years of experience in accelerator/incubator operations, program management, or startup ecosystem roles.● Prior experience as a startup founder or core team member is highly preferred.● Strong understanding of venture building, fundraising, and early-stage startup challenges.● Proven ability to build and manage teams, handle multiple stakeholders, and execute complex projects.● Excellent sales and negotiation skills for founder onboarding and investment partnerships.● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
