Role Overview

Program Manager – Curriculum Development

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Strategy

• Develop end-to-end curricula for 20+ innovation domains (Robotics, AI, Digital Fabrication, Arts, Sustainability, etc.).
• Ensure age-appropriate progression across

  Foundation → Exploration → Maker → Innovation → Mastery

  levels (Grades 1–12).
• Embed

  design thinking, applied learning, and interdisciplinary projects

  into modules.

• Technology & LMS Integration

• Build and optimize digital-first curriculum delivery on our proprietary LMS (Masters Connect).
• Collaborate with product teams to shape

  faculty dashboards, assessments, and student reporting frameworks

  .

• Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor instructional designers, curriculum developers, and SMEs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with faculty trainers, product managers, and lab designers.

• Quality & Impact

• Define

  learning outcomes, assessment rubrics, and reporting metrics

  .
• Benchmark against

  global best practices

  and ensure alignment with school boards (CBSE, IB, Cambridge).
• Gather feedback from pilot schools and iterate for scale.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8–10 years’ experience in

  curriculum development, EdTech, or instructional design

  , with proven leadership roles.
• Prior experience building

  technology-driven curricula

  and working with/leading LMS design.
• Strong understanding of

  STEM, makerspaces, or innovation education

  preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-disciplinary teams and large-scale curriculum rollouts.
• Master’s in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
