Job Summary The Program Manager will oversee the strategic planning and execution of SharePoint projects ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in SharePoint 2010 SharePoint Online SharePoint Administration and SharePoint 2019. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate SharePoint projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 environments. Should have Experience In Configuration of Various Service Applications in SharePoint 2010/2019 configuring and working with SSPs (Shared Service Providers) features such as my sites User profiles Excel Services. Backup/Restore of Farm/Site collections/Subsides/Lists/Document Libraries using Central Administration Power Shell and STSADM tool. configuring the NLB and application at DNS Backup and restore of the database. Deployment of Solution packages Install cumulative updates and hot fixes in production environment SQL Server 2008 Database Installation Backup/Restore Log file shrinking. Configuring the AAM for SharePoint portals Using client ticketing tools like SNOW for client and server monitoring. Using Error logging tools like ULS Viewer and fiddler. Good understanding of disaster recovery strategy policies and implementation in the enterprise level. Extensively used Active Directory for creating Users and Groups and integrating with SharePoint. Experienced in Monitoring the Servers daily and troubleshoot Health Analyzer issues.
