Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing Light Platform projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception to phase out, while ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and scope are maintained. This role involves coordinating cross-functional resources to support initiatives using CNH's Global Product Development process. The Project Manager will oversee work on current products for quality improvement and cost reduction, aiming to maximize the benefits of CNH by analyzing costs and benefits within the Light Platform business. Key Responsibilities: - Acting on behalf of the Platform Manager and Platform Director - Coordinating meetings and collaborating with senior team members on project deliverables - Formulating and executing project tasks independently - Prioritizing activities in a complex dynamic environment - Leading in meeting program quality targets - Developing the Project Plan and Business Case - Creating an Investment Plan with agreement from key stakeholders - Submitting and monitoring R&D Expenses, Vendor Tooling Expenses, and Target Product Costs achievement - Adopting and demonstrating CNH Cultural principles Experience Required: - 8 to 11 years of work experience on Projects in the Manufacturing Industry - Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams - Experience in engineering product development - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Cross-cultural experience would be an added advantage - Ability to work independently or in a team - Self-driven individual with proven critical and independent thinking skills - Good communication skills with a positive attitude - Ability to support multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent team facilitation and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing - An MBA degree would be an added advantage What We Offer: CNH provides dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
