What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive the program end-to-end: requirements, planning, governance, and alignment
• Collaborate with

  Product Owners, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters

  , and business stakeholders
• Use

  Agile methodologies

  MS Project

  ,

  Azure DevOps

  , and

  Jira

  to manage and track initiatives
• Ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards
• Document, improve, and scale PLM processes
• Coordinate global transitions and knowledge transfers—experience in this area is a strong plus

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in

  program or project management

  within

  product-driven environments

• Strong understanding of

  Java/.NET software applications

• Experience working in or managing transitions across development centers
• Prior exposure to

  development and supply chain domains

  is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of

  DevSecOps

  , Agile, and SDLC practices
• Ability to work in a

  matrix structure

  with global teams
