Job Purpose

As a Program Lead for General AI Projects in the banking sector, the person will drive the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives. The role involves overseeing multiple AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering innovation across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Portfolio Management:

Lead and coordinate various AI projects simultaneously.
Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

AI Strategy Development

Develop and refine the organization’s AI strategy.
Identify opportunities for AI adoption in areas such as customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate potential AI solutions and prioritize projects based on impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with business leaders, data scientists, and technology teams.
Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Foster collaboration and alignment across departments.

Resource Management

Allocate resources effectively to achieve project milestones.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
