Program Lead - Gen AI

As a Program Lead for General AI Projects in the banking sector, you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing multiple AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering innovation across the organization. In this capacity, you will lead and coordinate various AI projects simultaneously, defining project scopes, objectives, and success criteria. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with developing and refining the organization's AI strategy. This will involve identifying opportunities for AI adoption in areas such as customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency. Evaluating potential AI solutions and prioritizing projects based on impact will be critical to the success of this role. Engagement with business leaders, data scientists, and technology teams will be essential. You will need to communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders while fostering collaboration and alignment across departments. Resource management will also fall within your purview. Effective allocation of resources to achieve project milestones and monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization will be key responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a graduation degree in fields such as Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Additionally, a post-graduation degree such as an MBA or PGDM will be preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields is required to excel in this position.,
