Key Responsibilities

• Source data of renowned researchers, scholars, business professionals, and students through websites, social networks, related events, and publications.
• Review and analyze research work to identify collaborations and connections in academia and industry.
• Prepare and present research analysis reports to management for conference planning.
• Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone; handle inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Conference Chairs, Scientific Committees, Keynote & Invited Speakers.
• Contribute to conference program design, content development, and execution.
• Travel internationally to manage conference logistics when required.
• Maintain accurate information and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Take ownership of new initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.

Basic Requirements

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong internet research abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel abroad for conference coordination.
