Job Title: Program Executive Location: IIIDEM (India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management) Company: Akal Information Systems Ltd. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Qualification: Any Graduate Salary- 37950/- Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented program executive to support program implementation and coordination at IIIDEM under the Election Commission of India. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and strong capabilities in event management, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training programs, workshops, and events under IIIDEM. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth program delivery. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Maintain data and track program metrics using Excel and other tools. Ensure all program activities align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Support logistical ararrangements,ncluding venue setup, participant coordination, and material distribution. Contribute to content creation and visual presentations using MS PowerPoint.
