CSR Activities Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating social change through corporate collaborations and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Outreach & Relationship Management

• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with NGOs, foundations, community groups, and impact leaders.
• Manage partner inquiries, share program options and pricing, and convert opportunities into successful collaborations.
• Maintain an active calendar of CSR events, volunteering opportunities, and cross-sector dialogues.
  

2. Event & Program Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR and volunteering events end-to-end, from concept to completion.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and impactful experiences.
• Manage on-site event execution, including volunteer registration, safety, and quality assurance.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups, including impact assessment, feedback collection, and sharing media assets.
  

3. Social Media & Content Promotion

• Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging promotional content (images, videos, stories).
• Support in publishing event highlights on YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Assist in drafting reports, newsletters, and communication materials for partners and stakeholders.
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in CSR, event management, program coordination, or community engagement.
• Strong experience in

  partnership building, outreach, and client/partner relationship management

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  event logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution

  .
• Working knowledge of

  social media promotion and basic visual content creation

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
