Who are we?

NSRCEL is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. We are deeply committed to mobilising the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country to foster innovation and economic growth. As an organization, we have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and we take pride in our ability to identify and nurture talent. 1,15,600+ entrepreneurs participated in various programs, workshops, masterclasses and events so far. These initiatives have provided a platform for entrepreneurs to gain insights, expand their network, and hone their skills.

Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Kotak Mahindra Bank among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.


What will you do?

The Program Associate will be integral in supporting our dynamic Idea Stage Incubation team across various aspects of program management, including data collection, operational support, portfolio management, and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be adept at multitasking, and have a keen eye for detail.Major areas: Program execution & management, Stakeholder management & ecosystem partnership, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Program Management and Coordination:

    • Support in the Development and Implement innovative and effective program curricula that meet the goals and objectives of the organization.
    • Continuously assess and refine program content to ensure relevance, quality, and impact.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate diverse perspectives and expertise into program design.
  • Operations:

    • Streamline operational processes to ensure efficient program delivery.
    • Maintain and update program schedules and calendars to ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Portfolio Management:

    • Regular communication with portfolio ventures, providing them with necessary resources and connections.
    • Set up and manage interactions with ventures.
    • Maintain connections with alumni and involve them in relevant program aspects.
    • Coordinate and Track with mentor session engagements and provide necessary support.
  • Data Collection and Analysis:

    • Develop and manage data collection tools including evaluation forms, surveys, and feedback forms.
    • Assist in data analysis and create summaries for stakeholders.
  • Partnerships and Fundraising:

    • Assist in setting up application and selection processes.
    • Engage with partners and stakeholders for program support and collaboration.
  • Team Contribution/Organizational Support:

    • Contribute to broader organizational goals and assist in various tasks as needed

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or start-up ecosystem
  • Excellent writing, documentation & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to program design
  • Ability to work with teams across
  • Strong program execution discipline
  • Curiosity, positive attitude, detail-oriented and maturity to interact with the senior leadership
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
