Job Title: Professor – ManagementAbout Us:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teaching postgraduate and undergraduate courses in Management with excellence and innovation.
• Developing curriculum, case studies, and research projects in line with global academic and industry standards.
• Guiding research scholars, Ph.D. candidates, and student projects.
• Publishing impactful research in reputed national and international journals.
• Building strong academia-industry linkages to enhance student learning and employability.
• Mentoring faculty members and contributing towards institutional development.
• Playing an active role in accreditation processes, quality assurance, and policy-making at the institute level.

Qualifications & Experience (As per AICTE/UGC norms):

• Essential:
• Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration or allied disciplines from a recognized university.
• First Class in MBA (regular) or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
• Desirable:
• Strong research credentials with publications in Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed journals.
• Proven track record of guiding Ph.D. scholars and securing funded research projects.
• Industry exposure, consultancy experience, or participation in management development programs.
• Leadership abilities in academic administration and policy formulation.
