Professional Development Coach

As an experienced professional in the Learning & Development function, particularly as a Trainer or in a higher-level role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Quickly integrating into the L&D Academy team and gaining a strong understanding of Paperchase processes and systems. - Collaborating with leadership and HR to identify and assess training needs across teams. - Developing customized training programs focusing on areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management. - Conducting engaging and interactive workshops that promote real-world application of skills. - Providing continuous coaching and mentorship to employees beyond the classroom setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals in soft skills or leadership development. - Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to design learner-centric and tailored training content. - Preferably, experience in organizational development, HR, or L&D roles. - A Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education. - High proficiency in English (spoken and written). Preferred qualifications include certifications in Coaching, Training, or Learning & Development.
