Professional Development Coach

As an experienced professional in the Learning & Development function, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Integrate quickly into the L&D Academy team and gain a strong understanding of Paperchase processes and systems. - Partner with leadership and HR to identify and assess training needs across teams. - Design customized training programs in areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management. - Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops that encourage real-world application. - Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to employees beyond the classroom. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 years of relevant experience in the Learning & Development function, in the capacity of a Trainer or in a higher-level role. - Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals in soft skills or leadership development. - Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to design learner-centric and tailored training content. - Experience in organizational development, HR, or L&D roles preferred. - Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education. - High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
