Job Description

New Position for L&D-Academy Professional Development Coach

  • 3 years of relevant experience in the

    Learning & Development function

    , in the capacity of a

    Trainer or in a higher-level role.

  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals in soft skills or leadership development.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to design

    learner-centric and tailored training content

    .
  • Experience in organizational development, HR, or L&D roles preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree or higher-level education
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Preferred: Certifications in Coaching, Training, or Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate quickly into the

    L&D Academy team

    and gain a strong understanding of Paperchase processes and systems.
  • Partner with leadership and HR to identify and assess training needs across teams.
  • Design customized training programs in areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops that encourage real-world application.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to employees beyond the classroom.
  • Track and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements based on feedback and business impact.
