Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Gandhinagar. The Product Specialist will be responsible for engaging in customer service and sales activities, analyzing market trends, and communicating effectively with clients to promote our products. Day-to-day tasks include supporting customers, gathering and analyzing data, developing product strategies, and providing detailed reports to management. Additionally, the Product Specialist will give presentations and demonstrations, as well as assist in training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze data to drive product strategies
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to support and engage with customers
• Sales: Experience and skills in sales to effectively promote and sell products
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of products related to STEM education, robotics, and next-generation technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
