  • Manage

    incident, problem, change, and release

    processes end-to-end.
  • Provide

    24/7 production support

    for critical applications and systems.
  • Perform

    batch monitoring

    , job failure analysis, and resolution.
  • Monitor system performance using

    Splunk, Grafana, and other APM tools

    .
  • Execute

    CI/CD production deployments

    where required.
  • Support

    Linux server administration

    and perform OS-level troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain

    Shell/Python scripts

    to automate operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability.
  • Support basic to moderate

    Cloud Operations

    activities.
  • Adhere to SRE/observability best practices for stability and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong

    communication

    and stakeholder management skills.

  • Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management

    expertise.
  • Hands-on

    Production Support

    experience.

  • Splunk

    monitoring and troubleshooting.

  • Linux Server Administration (Moderate)
