Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Trainer with 3 to 9 years of experience to train 10th and 12th passed out students in Automotive Manufacturing technology. The position is based in Gurugram, Manesar.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students as per the syllabus in Mechanical and Automobile subjects.
Connect with students and guide them effectively.
Provide industrial updates and knowledge about shop-floor practices.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance student skills.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other trainers to achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

Sound knowledge in Mechanical and Automobile subjects.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Mentoring and guiding capabilities.
Positive body language and appearance.
Competent trainer to train young minds.
Fluency in Hindi is necessary.
A B.Tech or BE degree in Mechanical/Automobile engineering is required, or higher qualifications (1st division) such as Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile with 1st division, or equivalent qualifications.
Experience as a trainer for vocational courses in industrial collaboration (fitter, automotive manufacturing, or related schemes) is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
Knowledge of production processes and procedures is desirable.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
