Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Trainer with 3 to 9 years of experience to train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology. The position is based in Gurugram.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology as per the syllabus.
Connect with students and guide them in their learning journey.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance student outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Stay updated on industrial trends and shop-floor practices.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Mechanical-Automobile subjects.
Ability to train students as per the syllabus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect with students and guide them.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production or related fields.
Age: Minimum 26 years.
Educational qualifications: Diploma, B.Tech.
