Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Trainer with 3 to 9 years of experience to train freshers and guide them in operating machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, production, or quality control.

Roles and Responsibility

Train freshers on machine operation and maintenance.
Guide and support new employees to ensure smooth production workflow.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support as needed.

Job Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field such as engineering or technology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production, quality control, or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Proficiency in English is required.
