Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Trainer to join our team in Gurugram, Manesar. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in production engineering or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students in automotive manufacturing technology as per the syllabus.
Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their goals.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance student performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and shop-floor practices to improve training effectiveness.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or related field.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Possess strong competencies as a trainer, including effective listening and communication skills.
Demonstrate positive body language and appearance, with the ability to connect with students.
Have sound knowledge of mechanical and automobile subjects, enabling training according to the syllabus.
Be able to work effectively in an industrial setting, focusing on production processes.
A diploma in Mechanical/Automobile with first division is also acceptable.
