Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Trainer with 3 to 8 years of experience to train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology. The position is based in Gurugram and Manesar.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students as per the syllabus in Mechanical and Automobile subjects.
Connect with students, guide them, and mentor their minds.
Provide industrial updates and knowledge about shop-floor practices.
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other trainers to achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

B.Tech or BE in Mechanical/Automobile engineering with a first division degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production or related fields.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Possess competent training skills to guide young minds.
Demonstrate effective listening and communication skills.
Exhibit mentoring and guiding capabilities.
Maintain positive body language and appearance.
Experience as a trainer for vocational courses in industrial collaboration (fitter, automotive manufacturing) is preferred.
A diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering with a first division degree is also acceptable.
