Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Trainer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in mechanical-automobile subjects and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology as per syllabus.
Connect with students and guide them effectively.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance student performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Mechanical-Automobile subjects is essential.
Ability to train students as per syllabus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience in production coordination or training is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Qualification: Diploma, B.Tech.
Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Quality.
